The Editorial of Σparta is pleased to open the Σparta Magazine Forum. The Forum complements Forum articles published in the periodical itself that discuss controversial, popular, or ignored topics in ancient Sparta history and archaeology. The Forum is the place of a continuing scholarly-based dialogue and the exchange of ideas. The Forum contributions can take a variety of forms: introduction of new material and ideas presented as long and more formal presentation of views, or informal discussion. In addition, the Forum accepts short comments on published articles, suggestions and event critics. We encourage everyone to participate in the Forum and, indeed, consider submitting Forum articles for publication in the periodical.
To participate in the online discussion(s), users must register for the Forum. Non-registered users can browse specific public forums, but will not be able to view specialized forums and to contribute to the online discussion. Please do register by clicking on the register link in the left side of the Forum’s navigational menu and complete the online form. You must provide a valid email address to be able to process with the registration. Once the form has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email at your submitted email address, which includes a web-link with an activation key. For you to complete your registration, either click the link or copy and paste the URL into a web browser. Your registration to be completed must be reviewed by a moderator, who will be able to grand you full access and the ability to post messages to the Forum.
We are waiting for your arrival at Σparta’s new Forum!
